Meta is an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Coach Training Institute (CTI). She is also a Strengths Alliance Certified Master Coach, a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach. She is trained in the Six Thinking Hats methodology, Echo Listening, and other specialized leadership coaching techniques.

Mikey provides the communication framework for our clients and associates while implementing systems and processes to increase efficiency and optimize day-to-day operations.
A Certified Gallup StrengthsFinder Coach, she also works closely with leaders so they identify and organize around their strengths and build high-performing, strengths-based teams.
Exceptionally talented at the Gallup strength theme “Individualization,” Mikey is a keen observer of other people’s strengths, which she expertly draws out.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of San Francisco.
Roni is an expert at managing multi-faceted projects and provides day-to-day administrative support to increase the productivity and efficiency of the organization.
She brings with her in-depth experience working for organizations committed to advancing human development, including the Institute for Women’s Leadership, Bound4College and Right to Play. She also served as a regional account manager for Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the SUNY Binghamton University.
