Working as a consultant and coach with some of the most innovative and successful leaders in Silicon Valley is her passion.

Using a strengths-based approach inspired by Gallup’s renowned strengthsfinder methodology, leaders work with Meta to build on what’s strong (not on what’s wrong.)

Meta is an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Coach Training Institute (CTI). She is also a Strengths Alliance Certified Master Coach, a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach. She is trained in the Six Thinking Hats methodology, Echo Listening, and other specialized leadership coaching techniques.

Rupa is an ICF-certified leadership coach and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. Exceptionally talented at the strengths theme Developer, she spots potential early, invests intentionally and turns it into performance that scales across teams.

Her sessions are warm, practical and action-oriented. She has a M.A in Teaching and is a Certified Professional Integrative Coach through the Center for Integrative Intelligence.

Roni is an expert at managing multi-faceted projects and provides day-to-day administrative support to increase the productivity and efficiency of the organization.

She brings with her in-depth experience working for organizations committed to advancing human development, including the Institute for Women’s Leadership, Bound4College and Right to Play. She also served as a regional account manager for Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc.

Exceptionally talented at the Gallup strength theme “Developer,” Roni has a natural gift for recognizing and cultivating the potential in others.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the SUNY Binghamton University.
