To me, this means opening up about your strengths and any weaknesses, past failures and big successes so that people truly know each other. AND, creating a safe environment for others to do the same.

A few keys to leading authentically:

➡️ Talk about your values and how they guide your leadership.

➡️ Ask for feedback — and mean it.

➡️ Show up consistently, even when it’s hard.

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being real. When leaders lead with self-awareness and humility, it gives others permission to do the same.
