As leaders, we all face moments of uncertainty—tough decisions, market shifts and team challenges. Research shows those challenging moments offer a pretty big upside: Courage can be developed through repeat exposure to challenges, reframing fear as a signal for growth, and taking deliberate actions despite uncertainty.

So, the next time fear surfaces, try asking yourself: What choice will I make?

Remember: Courage isn’t a feeling—it’s a decision.
