Meta Mehling & Associates uses a three-step process to develop the ideal business solution for our clients.

1. Assessment of goals and resources — We determine the result to be produced and identify the means best suited to produce those results within the framework of the budget and resources allocated.
   
   
2. Developing the strategy and tactical plan — We identify the communication to be delivered, the specific audience for the communication and the appropriate vehicle or vehicles to successfully deliver the communication.
   
   
3. Implementation — We can provide all the essential program implementation and management. We will design, develop and execute the program for you; manage your team to do it; or work with existing internal structures in any way necessary to produce the result.

Meta’s proven skills cover a broad spectrum of disciplines including public relations, employee and marketing communications, strategic program planning and implementation, as well as event production and product launch management. 

Meta has designed and implemented major integrated communication programs for AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, National Semiconductor, Nortel Networks, VxTel, Warner Music Group, ZiLOG and many other firms.

She has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal and The San Jose Mercury News; and has received awards for work by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).

Meta’s experience includes over 15 years of marketing in the high-tech sector.

Meta holds a BS degree in Public Relations with a business minor from San Jose State University. She currently serves on the Board of Director’s for the San Jose State Alumni Association. An advocate for the environment, Meta is also involved in Pachamama, www.pachamama.org. The Pachamama's Alliance's two-fold mission is to: preserve the Earth's tropical rainforests by empowering the indigenous people who are its natural custodians and to contribute to the creation of a new global vision of equity and sustainability for all. Meta is also a volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters
